Rachel Lark’s brilliant anthem of consent ought to be mandatory viewing for anyone who is the slightest bit unclear about the boundaries of sexual assault and consent. Her performance (from Bawdy Storytelling) is completely mesmerizing.

2014 was a remarkable year for me, not least because it saw the publication of my first book, One Hour in Paris. I am feeling very grateful for all the support this book has received – from my publishers, agent, family, and friends, of course, but also from the media and literary community in Canada. And it all started on a magical night in May, at the Gladstone, with a packed house and an evening of greatness featuring my pal, the inimitable Elvira Kurt, and the amazing Pins & Needles.
